Hi everyone! Im Michaela im 21 and I am about 85kg, for my height which is almost 6ft I should weigh about 69-70kg so I have at least 15kg to lose. I hope to lose 10kg by Christmas

Oops, Im 89kg - So 20kg to go!
Also good luck to everyone. I will definatly update my diary daily because its a great distraction. I cant wait to get my pack!

OMG - look how many people are on here now - how fantastic!!! Hope everyone is doing OK on their first few days of the diet (or those of us who are in WEEK 4 now!)
Is there anyone in CHCH out there? As it appears there is a lot of you from Auckland (not that it makes any difference of course)
Hope you all enjoy this diet as much as I have so far (that sounds ridiculous - enjoying a diet!!!)

Hi everyone, I'm Bri and I'm 21 and I weigh 79kg's. This is my first week on the diet and the first few days have been soooooo hard! All i have wanted to eat is yummy things, but have had to sit on my hands so that I dont. I would like to loose about 12kgs, and already I am feeling like I have lost some weight with my clothes feeling looser. My goal weight would be around 65-67kgs and I just want to do it because I want to get back to what I was when I first left school. I hope this is achievable!
Anyone got any tips for over coming those cravings etc? I am drinking the recomended amount of water, but still want those things I can have!
Anyhow, its nice to meet you guys!

hi every one my names melissa from blenheim im 18 years old and am 83kg im wanting to reach my goal of 65 kg i have put on alot of weight since having my little boy toby just about 1 and going on the depo has really tipped my weight up too so hopefully i can stick with the diet and reach my goal i bought this plan off trade me excellent feedback so heres hoping and good luck to everyone else!!

Hi All,
Im 31 & living in Wellington, I received this plan today & plan to start on Monday... My current weight is 88kgs approx... My goal is to lose 15-20kgs... I have trouble keeping my appointments at the gym but with this diet I now have something to follow... Look forward to the success of this diet plan...

Hi all, my name is Julie and Im 38. Ive been really successful at weight loss - 63kgs off and kept off for the past 3 years - however Ive never reached my goal - currently sitting at 87 and want to be 79kg. Will shop on Sunday and start this plan on Monday - looking forward to it.

hi all:)..i'm Tua, 24 from ChCh..@ the mo i weigh 89 kg..i feel my weight is not proportion with my height so am very serious about losing all these excess fat..i'm hoping to get back my usual weight of 60kg...i started this diet plan today 30 Oct...hope all the best to every member on this diet as well.....cheers!

hi every one my name is taz im 23 from westport i just started today and i weigh 106kg and hoping to loose 30kg im looking forword to getting my body back into shape after the birth of my now 17 month old boy

Hi, glad to say I am about 7weeks on the diet now and have lost 7kilos. Not so much, but I loose something every week. Slow but sure! I think it is the best to loose only a few every week than heaps that will be back soon after stopping the diet.

Hi Tazzie just hang on! You will loose about 3 - 4kgs the first week and after that just about .5kg or something like that. Just keep on - good luck!!!

Hi I'm Suzy from Auckland. I weigh 95kgs and wana lose about 20kg. Started diet on 17/11/2009. Today is my 4th day on diet jumped on scales this morning and have lost 1kg. (woo hoo!) And I'll be honest I haven't stuck to diet I can't give up my 2 cups of coffee a day and I don't like eggs so swapped that for cereal. Like the plan coz I don't have to think about what to eat everyday and I'm eating far less than I used to.

Hi Joanne. Sorry for the late reply to your comment. I have been a bit unmotivated lately - I haven't gained any weight though -- still -- I haven't lost any either. I don't have a plan, and I am a bit lost at the moment. Please tell me what I could do to get back on track.

Hi my name is Tina and I live in the HawkesBay. I'm 32 years of age with 2 boys 12 and 7 years old. I have been carrying this weight with me for 12 years and I've had enough. I weigh 109.9 kilos and want to lose 35 kilos. I have started today along with my husband Trevor. Wish us luck and will keep you posted.
