i am going to start on monday i had my daughter when i was 16 and i am now 21 and still havnt lost the weight from when i had her! i really want to go bak to looking and feeling as good as i did before i had her! can anyone give me any ideas on what to expect in the first week of this plan? and what ways did you find to help fight temptation? i really want to suceed and get down to my old weight. i am approximatly 80kgs now and want to get down to around 60-65kgs. i am really excited bout starting and have even bouhjt some new digital scales so that i kn acuratly weigh myself just waiting for them to arrive. hopefully they will arrive before i start this plan on monday!

I wish i could tell you. But by the feedback that i've seen on Joanne's profile, a lot of people say that it's getting over the first week and that hunger pain. I think once you get through that it should be fine ... And just looking at the date that you posted this, you should be well and truly into it! So let us know how it's going
