Hi all my name is Lisa and il be starting the diet tomorrow I'm a stay at home mother of a beautiful 19month old bbygirl..I currently weigh 85kgs and I'm wanting to lose at least 10kgs..I have found it really hard to keep my weight down esp since i have stopped breast feeding my daughter 9months ago..i have rapidly gained around 6kgs within the 9months just gone !! i have tried weight watchers just recently n lost 1.8kg within the 1st week but have come to think that it costs to much 2 go each week and id rather spend that money on a gym membership..so Ive signed up with the gym and this diet so i hope i can commit myself to both!!!!!!! i hope there are more young mums out there that can relate with my story..if so that would be SO kool!!!

HI Lisa,
Welcome to the club, I have 2 kids 3 and 5 and lost all my baby weight within a couple of months but in the past few years back working, eating on the run, and far too much drinking and eating over christmas that I ended up being 10kg heavier than I was fully pregnant. But now up to week 3 on this diet and feel really good, it does seem hard in week 1 but gets easier, just drink lots of water, and if you can get a nana nap in the afternoons you will probably need it as I felt really tired, but lots of energy now and been going a 1 hour long power walks at night as well as walking daughter to school and son to daycare so another hour day with them.
Try and stick to it but don't beat yourself up if you have a wee slip up.
