Only day one for me so far, but would like to know your tips and tricks for making the meals slightly different each time...
Today as I started the kickstart on a thurs, I had two salads, so to change it up I used the french dressing on lunch, and the eta lite and free honey mustard dressing on tonights one.
Also on the lunch salad I sprinkled a little bit of those spice mixes you get (usually have it with bread, dip in olive oil and then in the spice, cant remember what it is called!)
What are some of your tips for making it a bit different to avoid boredom?
