So..............
I guess im sceptical that ANYTHING will ever work. Im one of those people who have tried everything and anything under the sun to lose weight. im 25, have 2 children (most recent was born 2 months ago now) and tomorrow is the first day of my new life!
I say that EVERYTIME.. that this time will be differnt, i wont give in... ive spent sooo much on shakes, pills, potions.... gym memberships and PT sessions but i never seem to follow through. I believe that this time im ready, i have no excuse not to lose it, ive address emotional issues so theres nothing but myself stopping me.
MY starting weight is 96.7 kilos............. my goal weight is somewhere between 65 - 70kgs,
Im 1.68cm tall..
im giving my self 1 year to get to my goal weight. that will then be my 26th birthday.
I have 30 kgs to lose so basically 600 -700 grams a week. defianatly doooable....
I can do it i can do it...

your story sounds like mine, lol...good to know im not alone...im 26 and decided THIS time i will not put it off....ive had a major upheaval (marriage ending etc) so time for a fresh start. moving into my own place soon so this all ties in together for me as ive never stepped out alone, so losing this weight is shedding my past etc etc etc how did you get on?

If you are ready everything for the weight loss then you should start the cardio exercises in form of jogging, running, swimming, and push ups etc in your daily workout routine for the effective weight loss. You should also take raw veggies diet plan along with this workout plan for the effective weight loss.
