How much weight do you want to lose?
20kg

10kg by Xmas (74 days) though I would love to lose the whole lot by 2010!

Diet, exercise, less alcohol

1. What is your current height and weight? 6ft and 89kg
2. If you were at an ideal weight now, what would that weight be? 70kg
3. At what weight would you like to be at four months from now? Less than 70kg (70kg is recommended for my height)
4. Why do you want to lose weight? I want to fly to Canada next February to stay with a long lost friend
5. Do you want to lose weight for a specific life event such as wedding or reunion? If so, when is that event? February 2010
6. What obstacles could get between you and your weight loss goals? Christmas!!!!
7. Why do you think that you now have a weight problem? Because I eat and drink too much
8. What lifestyle changes do you think would help you lose weight? No snacking, no drinking during the week
9. Have you lost weight in the past? If so, what has worked in the past to help you lose weight? Yes, I got to my goal weight from the gym, then I just piled it back on plus more!
10. Why do you believe that you did not lose weight or you gained the weight back? I didnt think I was looking skinnier even though I was. I gave up thinking it wasnt working when it was. I can no longer afford the gym
11. What, if anything, has not worked for you in the past in helping you to lose weight? Why do you think it did not work? Nothing has worked because I have given up too easily.
12. Would you try writing down all food and drink consumed for a given period of time? Yes I would write in the diary here daily
13. Do you cook at home often? If so, what do you cook? Stirfrys always
14. How often do you go out to eat? Where do you go? Once a week Fish n Chips
15. What are your three favorite foods? Salt and Vinegar chips, Cheds and Dip.
16. What are your three favorite restaurants? McDonalds, My work's kitchen..
17. What are three things you can do differently when it comes to food? No snacking! I snack a lot!
18. If you woke up tomorrow and your body was exactly the way you want it, what would be different? Id have smaller boobs (I want to go from a 16F to a 14DD ish), clear smooth skin and a tanned smooth body!!
19. Do you eat when you are not hungry? Yup!
20. Do you binge eat (large amounts at a time)? If I get bored
21. Do you hide your food or eat in secret? Nope
22. Do you eat when you are sad, nervous, or depressed? No
23. Do you eat as a reward? No
24. Do you eat while watching TV or using the computer? Yes, TV
25. What do you normally eat for a meal? No breakfast, 2 coffees morning, 2 V energy drinks, some crackers, stir fry and then the snacking!
26. What type of snacks do you eat? Chippies, dip, crackers
27. In terms of exercise, what, if anything, are you currently doing? Walking the dog (Should be daily)
28. Where do you go for exercise? A local public gym? School/work gym? Home? To the river
29. What, if anything, are your three favorite types of exercise? Walking, Swimming
30. What is your daily/weekly/monthly/yearly motivation to move towards your goals? To look beautiful
31. Do you have rewards for certain goals? Ill get my belly button re-pierced, new nails put on, new lashes and spray tan - A whole makeover!
