ok so if we ever meet youd probably wonder i'm even cosidering this weight loss diet. well let me explain my situation just to widen your eyes abit and extend that open mind.....this is my story
after spending most of my life, teens...and early 20s id been quite a comfortable size 6-8. (i can imagine your eyes rolling now)
and it doesnt help that on a good day i bearly reached 5.2", so combine that with my dress size and youd think i had the perfect body.
but keep in mind genes and the fact that im maori/italian does play a big factor in why a sudden hipand thigh jiggle and a muffin top (that baked its way out of my jeans faster than i could eat one) doesnt help. but i love food way too much! and have the odd affair with sweets and junk food all the time
though cleverly i manage to hide alot behind what i wear and those sucky innie undies were an advantage
but had i been taller i guess that extra weight would of been hidden way better
i do have two beautiful kids, stretch marks and all-so that coupled with the fact that i just got too comfortable (which id like to thank my fiance for) and ignorant minded i kind of forgot how to eat properly and dropped all kinds of exercise-i drove to my letter box!
but it occured to me the day i went for a my 3rd wedding dress fitting that i was going to have to change my attitude and the way i ate my food. i popped 3 looping holes the zip and could bearly get my beautiful dress passed my thighs! so as you can imagine i needed to take some sort of action.
with 7 weeks to count down im hoping to tone up those wobblies
and learn eat correctly, so that when i do work out or play a game of football im not going to ruin that effort by scoffing down cakes and fatty foods.
see i maybe small and look like the ideal weight but youd be surprised.
i only got my first email tonight, so shopping saturday and D-Day monday.
all the best to the rest of you out there, at least we are all doing this together.
