I am 74kgs ideal goal is 60kgs. started on monday done all menus but had a piece of cucumber and 3 dried apricots after exercise. ::)chicken salad sandwich was so yummy. ;D Tuesday did diet plan, but had another three dried apricots after exercise, which was only 15 mins of dancing with my kids aj nearly 3 and jamie lyn 4months.Having said that i had been walking around a few car yards looking for a used car. Was pretty hungry but managed to wait until i got home and have a late lunch 4pm ::)even when my partner ate two big crunchie bars sitting next to me, when we stopped to refuel car. He knows i am a sweet tooth but proud of myself for not giving into temptation. ;D oh yeah ate the other half of yogurt for smoothie

Wednesday i didn't entirely stick to the plan again, breakfast had two sugars with milk in coffee ::)And been mixing mesculene salad with lettuce. don't want to waste it. i also had a few fries before i went to zumba. i love the food it's great.

Thursday day 4, i just could'nt help myself. :-[i pigged out, 1 pie, 2 pieces of bacon and a yogurt.hmmmmm.no exercise at all today. Day 5, Ok, but had a coffee with 2 sugars, and thats why you don't do shopping without having lunch 1st. ate 2 cinnemon doughnuts .Tommorrow will try a new method.maybe it will be the first time i actually stick to diet plan.just walking around supermarket and mall.
