hi every one that is reading this. I am Trudi and have struggled my weight life time. iI have been reading my diet over and over and understand now . so my d day is monday 13 july 2010. So excited. going to get my groceries and alot of water. Can't go wrong. please help on my journey as i am 80 kg and i am fatter than ever.

Hi Trudy!!
Hows day one gone? Here's a tip, don't weigh yourself until the end of the week! That way the mystery and anticipation should keep you motivated, and you won't be disheartened mid week if you find you haven't lost much.
Also, drink plenty of water and do stretches in the morning and night.
Can't wait to see how you're getting along at the end of this week...
