Hi guys my names Danielle I'm 19. I'm 5 ft 1 and currently weigh 68kgs. My measurements are:
Bust: 39 inches Waist: 35 inches Hips: 40 inches Arms: 11 inches Thighs: 20 inches
I'm not to worried about how much weight I'm going to lose I would just love to have a less flabby belly!!! So if anybody has any really great exercises for me to do that would be very helpful!
Well yesterday was Day 1 for me and I think I did ok. I ate pretty much according to my plan except swapped the soup for a chicken salad. I also caved and had one chupa chup at morning tea time and a milo at about 7pm, because I was soooo hungry. I did a 30 min brisk walk on the treadmill at home. Fingers crossed for day 2!!!

Hi guys day 2 went pretty well i stuck to my diet plan all day!!! have had at least three bottles of water and went on the treadmill for 35 minutes!! not feeling as hungry anymore but evry time I watch tv take away ads come on. I dont feel like I'm losing any weight but hey its early days

Day three went well!!!! drunk heaps of water did a 20minute pilates workout before work and boy could I feel it all day so didn't go on the treadmill for my usual 30 mins at night. I have become quite paranoid about calories and check absolutely EVERYTHING now!!!

Go Danielle! You're the same height as me so I feel I should support you extra-muchness lol.
I just got the intro stuff by email, so I'll be going grocery shopping tomorrow. . .
I'm kinda nervous, coz all my other diets have failed. But fingers and toes crossed for us both! You're doing super so far!

Day four was a ok...I'm starting to feel like I dont have enough energy to work out!!! I might weigh myself tonight and see if I have lsot anything to make sure this is all worth while
