[glow=red,2,300]Day 15[/glow] Yep today went good. Been working full time since being on intersemester break, and finding it hard to get to the gym. only been able to go on my days off. I guess it's like my mother says, I have to MAKE time. I find that I dont miss drinking juice, soft drinks or milo. I drink water like a fish, and I thinks it's made an improvement on my skin! Love water! Well, lucky me, day off tomorrow, gonna have a good solid work out in the morning-right after I watch the football-SEMIFINALS! WOO! ;D

[shadow=red,left,300]DAY 15(ptII) WEEK 3[/shadow]
Today was good. I feel really crook, but in terms of the diet I still feel good. I feel like I have gotten my metabolism kind on the right track, been having something every 2-3 hours or so.
I kind of can't wait to for holidays to end haha (I'm gonna regret saying that once uni is back on) I want to get back into my routine which includes gym almost everyday.

[glow=red,2,300]Week 4[/glow] Yup, it's been quite some time since I've been on here, but I've continued with the plan and am seeing results-slowly, but they are there! I can't wait to be back at uni next week, it means gym on a regular basis. I've lost weight with just following the diet and very minimal exercise, so I just know that the fat will be melting off once I add in the exercise So, here's some numbers: Weight: 78kg (-6kgs) Chest: 92cm (-5cm) Waist: 75cm (-6cm) Hips: 94cm (-12cm) slow n steady wins the race I guess! Gotta stay positive ;D

Hi guys! It's been a while since I've been on here, but nevertheless I have been sticking to the diet, well, following the principles of it. I now weigh 75kg and have maintained my weight there. Customers at work have also noticed my weightloss which was really great to hear! Definately boosted the confidence, and people at uni also noticed-as well as my PT at my gym. So I'm definately feeling a whole lot better about myself =D I'm going back on the diet-and by that I mean, following it strictly, as I am wanting to drop about 5kgs more by Novemeber and keep it off. I'm going through that phase again where I'm suddenly filled with an urge to do stuff haha and this is still one item at the top of my list!
So, here again are the numbers:
Weight: 75kgs Chest: 90cm Waist: 73.5cm Hips: 92cm
5kgs off in 2 months max. I can do it! And I can keep it off! Coooome oooon Summer Bod! Come Decemeber, the only thing I want to have to be worrying about is tanning my legs, not taming them! lol
Week One Day One, here I go again ;p

Gotta be strong! Gotta say NO!

All of my jeans are either too big or really baggy on me =D WOO HOO so I went shopping to try on some jeans and I can fit a size 12! its still a bit snug so I didnt buy it, thought Id wait a bit till I lose a bit more and can really work a size 12 pair of skinny jeans. Okie doke, I am back again! I have been maintaining my weight-well it's been fluctuating between 74kgs and 76kgs, am really still wanting to get down to 70kgs by the end of the year. I really do think this is do-able. So I'm back on the quick start diet as of today. I know there are a handful of hurdles in my way as there are A LOT of birthdays coming up and big family occasions. I've been doing the gym thing regularly-especially cardio, partly because running just takes some of my stress away and partly because my friend tells me cardio is the way to go to burn fat as opposed to weights. But I think I'm gonna look to doing some more resistance training, my legs-albeit are getting skinnier, are also a bit squishy lol gotta get em firm! haha. So I'll be on again tomorrow with the numbers!
GOTTA HAVE DISCIPLINE!

"So I'll be on again tomorrow..." And then 6 months later I come back hahaha Well it was at about this time last year that I started this program. My weight has been fluctuating between 72-74kgs over this time I've been away and slipping slowly into my old habbits.
Im back on again cos I wanna knock off 5kgs and knock em off for good! haha I am happy however with the weight I've maintained. A lot of people have noticed my weight loss and my confidence and demeanor has improved exponentially as I thought they would =) so yes, I'm happy about that. I am actually happy at the weight I am at atm, but it's that psychological thing thats making my wanna break into that 60kg range.
Here I go again, and on day 1, let me tell you I got bombarded with temptations!! Did great until I had a catch up with some friends and was kinga pushed into eating with them, claiming that if I don't eat with them, I'm being anti social! Peer pressure. I gave in, but made as smart a choice I could've given the options I had available.
Gotta be strong!
