I'm hoping that will take me around two weeks
Family and friends I hope
Im hoping this plan will give me the motivation I need.
I exercise regularly and will continue to do so throughout the two weeks.
I'm looking forward to fitting my clothes again and coming into summer feeling great [/quote]

Im now on Day four of the eating plan and the pack has arrived in the mail. So far Ive stuck to it reasonably well although I have been having tea with no sugar but a bit of my milk allowance in it at least three times a day. I also slipped up last night when I came back from a two hour walk and had my berry smoothy but was so hungry that I had a tomato cup of soup and a piece of toast as well. I also found the walk really hard much harder than I usually do. Im hoping these things don't impact too much on my results at the end of the week does anyone have any tips on measuring? I dont know when Im supposed to measure or weigh myself and each time I do measure myself (which Im doing daily which is probably not right) I get a different number each time its hard to know if you are doing it in the same place or pulling it tighter or what? Is it just me? Im also not used to eating so much chicken is anyone else a semivegetarian? I usually eat a lot of beans and legumes and eat meat only once a month or so.... Im going to weigh myself tonight and im a little nervous in case i dont get any results and i get discouraged....will see...

Hi there,
I am now on the last day of the kickstart plan and it's been pretty good. I have struggled at times but I've got used to not eating for the sake of eating and I think it's been good for my body to have a break from almost constant eating and drinking. It has amazed me how many of my social activities revolve around eating and drinking even my exercise often involves a coffee/wine or beer stop! In terms of side effects I have felt very hungry after exercise and at times have felt dizzy and shortempered with the kids for the first few days. I am now taking iron tablets to remedy this. I have had no headaches my skin is clear I have a sense of clarity and wellbeing that I am attributing to better hydration and hopefully my metabolism being kickstarted :-) I weighed myself on Tuesday night and I had lost 1.4kgs (after 4days) and I know I have lost more weight since then. My clothes are fitting better, the dreaded muffin top is shrinking by my rather dodgy measurements I have lost 2.5cm from my hips 1.5cm from my waist and 2cm around my thighs. I feel heaps better no more bloated tummy its a great feeling. Im really looking forward to weighin myself tomorrow after a week on the plan and a greater variety of food next week. What I like best about this plan is that it's real everyday food and I know I can do it...Summers looking better and better...

Day 8.
I weighed myself last night and I've lost 2.7kgs! So happy with my results I feel great and have had lots of positive comments. I have another 2kgs to lose and am happy for them to come off quite slowly I am fitting my clothes again now and feeling much more energetic. I'm so happy that I did this plan it was just the motivation and support I needed. :-)
I am being a little more flexible with the plan this week changing things around a bit and choosing alternatives for the chicken dishes so will see how I go I'm happy to lose 500gms a week now although I'm not sure if I now need to adjust my BMR rate accordingly with my new weight in order to find out the right calories? Any advice?
