Today is the first day on my way to a healthier me!! I'm 23yrs old and weight 97kgs (the heaviest I've ever been) So far it has been okay, breakfast was filling and I've almost had all 8 glasses of water and it's 4.39pm I was a bit hungry by 11am this morning so i ended up having a carrot and haven't eaten my apple. I didn't realise drinking so much water would make me feel this full... i thought id be starving so the carrot was a morning snack and i was going to have the apple as an afternoon snack. But there was no need I think the hardest thing for me will be the exercising.. i get home from work around 6pm and dinner is usually ready (prepared by mum) and everyone is relaxing. So getting myself motivated to do a workout before making my own dinner will be my biggest mission. I'll just keep telling myself i have to do it to reach my goal and i hope it works! BTW i think this support website is an awesome idea!

Day 1 - Went okay overall.. didn't do my excercise and snuck in a couple of honey roasted peanuts.. so i really have to do something tonight. Wish the weather was better! Day 2 - So far so good. I had eggs for breaky and a yummy crispy salad for lunch. I added a couple of cherry tomatoes and red onions to this. Is that alright? I'm on my 6th glass of water, it's easy to drink while i'm working as i sit at a desk all day and it's where i can see it so it's a constant reminder to drink I'm just having a green tea - blackcurrent flavour to have a break from the water and warm me up (raining in auckland ) Anyway i hope everyone else is doing great on their diets!

Day 3 - I stuck to my diet the whole day yay! I was a bit worried about having only a smoothie but thanks to reading my book it kept my mind off food Day 4 - I had run out of milk this morning (thanks to my boyfriend making himself smoothies) so i had a toast with jam for breakfast. I've been really good with drinking my water and sometimes when i get home i have a glass of Sprite Zero. Haven't managed to do much excercise sadly, i get home and im hungry and tired and just wanna relax.. i know i have to just get over it and put my running shoes on but im finding it a bit hard... Can't wait to find out if i've lost anything.. it probably wont be much (due to the lack of excercise) but im hoping!

Day 4 - I ended up being really hungry again yesterday afternoon about 5pm and on my way home from work i ALMOST stopped in at Burger King for a BK Hawaiian burger.. lucky i had some sugar free gum in my bag and had that instead Day 5 - I haven't had that much water yet but i've got to move office today so will definitley be drinking more. Breakfast and lunch were fine. There is a BBQ and drinks at work today and i dont know if i'll be able to resist not having any.. especially the wine part! I'll try tho.

Haven't weighed in yet.. because of the weekend i had and need to buy scales Day 5, 6, 7 - Okay i totally blew the whole diet over the weekend. Day 5 i ended up having a small roll with coleslaw and a meat paddy and 2 glasses of wine.. then a lil bit of bacon & egg pie later on that night. Day 6 i was good until we went to the movies and had popcorn and ice cream and butter chicken for dinner then drank premixed (sugary) alcohol till 4am. Day 7 i drunk water and had special k for breakfast, toasted sandwiches for lunch and honey sausages, potatoe and steamed vegies for dinner. Not a good weekend for my diet but im still focused on eating healthy during the week and can hopefully stick to it this weekend as well

Day 11 to 18 - Okay i didn't do very good on the weekend, drank alot of alcohol and went out for a mothers day lunch and had a very nice pork meal. But went straight back to the diet on Monday. I weighed myself yesterday morning (Wednesday Day 17) and i've still lost weight yay!! im finally under the 90's. My scales aren't digital but it looked between 88 & 89kgs! That's another 5kgs! Im so happy, my stomach is getting flatter and i feel great. Can't wait to reach my 75 - 80 kg goal.
So overall 8kgs in 3 weeks is awesome, i never thought id find a diet that id enjoy and would work!
Hope everyone else is going well with their diets!

Day 19 to 23 - Okay another really bad weekend... i hurt my ankle and was bed ridden all weekend. So my lovely partner was bringing me unhealthy food and snacks all day. I've gone back to week 1's diet just to help cleanse out my system again. I'm too scared to weigh in as i've probably gained a kilo or two :-(
And i've got 2 birthday's this weekend so will probably be another bad weekend!
Will keep you posted....

I fell off the wagon!! i haven't been doing the diet at all for the last 2-3 weeks and have put on a few of the kgs that i had lost.. Not Good!!! I haven't had a proper weigh in but decided today to start the diet from scratch again.
Day 1 - :-) I've stuck to it, but im starving and craving chocolate lol. Cant wait to finish work ( an hour to go ) and have dinner, then i'll be fine. Will keep using this diary so i can look back and see my progress and the not so good things i am doing.
I hope i can do it this time!
