-- How much weight do you want to lose? 8-10kg -- What is the timeframe for reaching your target weight? 4 weeks -- How do you want to accomplish your goal (what methods do you want to use)? Diet, drink lots of water, ride my exercycle and/or walk the dog every day -- Who or what can support you in reaching your goal? My family can be understanding when by not trying to talk me into having treats -- How realistic is your goal? I hope so -- When will you start? Tomorrow - I'm so nervous... d.i.e.t is a four lettered word to me....

Well I've almost got though Day 3 now - yay! Was slightly easier than I expected. The first day I slipped up once as a workmate made a yummy seafood dip and I didn't want to be rude and decline so had a teeny bit on 3 corn chips. Felt so bad about it that on yesterday I was perfect! Today I was going to go for my 30 min walk but it was so lovely out there that it turned into 1hr 15mins - hard slog up hills! So I got back half dead, and have snuck in a small bowl of Special K and 3 Rice Wafer Slims. The good new is I have already lost 1kg as of this morning! Woohoo!!! It's so great to get results

Hey Janey!! GOOD ON YOU for doing that extra walk! Weather's becoming so much better as of late.. so hopefully it stay s that way )
