Well, day 1 went great other then having a headache all day i stuck to the diet and the soup for dinner was nice. Day 2 im finding easier, but i did sneak in a coffee and a few crackers ( naughty ) am not really looking forward to dinner as i dont think the smoothie will fill me up. ( started the diet on a wednesday but am starting with monday foods then tuesday etc ) Am also wondering if its ok to have some herbal teas when im hungry if anyone can help me on that. CAn wait to find out results after a week as i am doing this diet with my twin sister who is about 100kgs so hopefully we both do good. fingers Xd.

Hi Steph,
You are going great keep it up!
I had herbal teas during the first few weeks as I was so used to having at least 5 coffees a day. THe fruit teas from Healtheries are really yummy and also lemon and ginger are quite tasty. And I 'm sure they are okay to have, I found they helped me.
I am now back to having 1 coffee a day with trim milk which I really enjoying now.
The first week is the hardest and you may feel very hungry, light headed and get headaches, these will pass. But you will definately have lost weight after the first week.
Hope I am of some help.
Good luck
Linda
