Well i started plan today... beginning weight 82.5kg heaviest I've ever been even with babies on board..hmmmm Would like to lose at most 20kgs hard yards ahead... Feel its time to take control of my lard... lol Day 1.. Feeling ok when I first seen plan I thought gosh hmmm is that all the food I'm gonna have I'm gonna get hungry but funny enough I didn't felt good... although I didnt drink alot of water dam cold today stink weather rain who wants to drink alot of cold water on cold days... Roll on tomorrow....

Hi Terri, Welcome, It is really hard to keep drinking water when it's cold. Also at the start, but you will find it easier as you go along. I keep a couple of bottles in the freezer all the time, and have one with me all the time. It has also got my kids drinking alot more water too. Helps to curve those cravings. I now drink about 3 times more than when I started this program.
Hope everything goes well, and following on line really helps too, loads of great people who are great support.

Hi Terri...just logged in today and havn't started anything yet,nor received diet...but I find if water is too cold on cold day...why not have hot ? sounds odd but you do get used to it and you can even convince yourself its coffee lol..good luck...I can't wait to get started
