Today was the first day of my diet. I'm 5'10 and weigh 72kg. I'd like to get down to 65kg. I'm 38. Everything went well and I stuck to the menu up to and including my supper. Then we went to the beach and walked around there for a while and suddenly my blood pressure dropped, started getting the shakes and my legs went to jelly. When I got home I made another banana smoothie but that didn't help so I landed up eating TWO muesli bars. What's up with that??? Y does everyone else feel fine on the food and I feel like I haven't eaten all day. Anyone help please?

Doesnt sound good. How are you going now? I thought the first day was meant to be chicken soup for dinner? That is more sustaining than the smoothie.

Day three and going better. Think the sudden reduction in food was just a shock to my body. Thanx for asking.

Day three went well...stuck to diet perfectly except for having two cups of cappachino and.....I LOST 700GRAMS !!!!!! Thanx Joanna - your diet seems to be working like a bomb.

Day four went well and even though I had a handful of rice crackers after tea and my two cups of coffee again......I've still lost another 600GRAMS!!! That's 1.3kg in just two days. AWESOME diet.
