Hi everyone. My name is Ashleigh. Today is my first day on this eating plan. I am very excited about starting this. I have tryed many times to lose weight & always get so far but dont continue. I am starting this with a very determined & positive attitude. I have never keep an on-line diary before so im hopeing this will help keep me motivated. My measurements are as follows:
Weight: 87kg Bust : 102cm Waist : 96cm Hips : 115cm Arms : 36cm Thighs: 64cm
I have alot of things coming up this year that i would love to be healthy for. In total i would like to lose 27kg. My first goal is to lose 12kg by the beginning of april as i have a wedding to attend for the weekend. I plan to write in this everyday and i hope others will follow my progress. =)

Day Two
Felt pretty good yesterday. Tryed to keep myself busy. Soup was yummy. Was still hungry at bed time though but went to bed & woke up feeling good this morning. I walked for 20min last night as well. Really enjoyed it & felt really great when i got back home. I have just mowed the lawn this morning. Am trying to get more exercise. Have been drinking lots of water!

Hi ashleigh, great start, and with determination i'm sure the 12kg will be do able, goodluck. I am finding the diary good, it's a good place to just get things off your chest, everyone one who reads them and comments can really relate with you. It's a great place to turn to when family and friends don't really get it, or have really polite things to say, which don't help. Like my tiny attractive 17 year old daughter telling me i don't need to go on a diet, sweet but it's what i feel in my own skin that truely matters. That's what defines my attitude kindof. If I feel good I act happier, does that make sense???...lol OK I'm droning on now, goodluck and keep up with the water, it truely does help.

Day Three
Thanks everyone for your kind words. Its nice to know there are others on the same page as me in the weight department. I had a really busy day yesterday, mowed lawns, washed car & did all the housework. Did well with the eating as well. Feeling so much better. I dont feel so bloated and heavy as i did before. Jumped on the scale this morning and i am now: 85.2kg so i have lost 1.8kg in 2days!! Feels so great to see the numbers going down!

I have been very naughty & have not been sticking to the eating plan. Slap on the hand for me. However, my husband & I have decided to try for another baby (yay) but before i get pregnant i HAVE TO lose the 8kg im still carrying from the 1st baby! If i dont it will never come off & i will just continue to get bigger and bigger =( So it is back to it again tomorrow. I think i have to start getting very hard on myself to keep foused.

Hi Ashleigh, how exciting trying for another baby! What an awesome reason to lose those kilos, trust me girl, its harder to lose after the 2nd one so definately do it now, my baby is 3 and I'm now heavier than I was fully pregnant will him, but on this eating plan I have lost around 7kg so far and apart from the last couple of weekends being so bad I am doing okay!
Keep up the good work and think about all the positives!

Hi Everyone! I have been doing very well with the eating plan & walking every night so far this week! I have been feeling so good about myself. Feel very focused & havent been tempted to stray of the healthy eating. I am trying to stay off the scales for awhile as i tend to obsess about that number. Have decided i will weigh in a couple of weeks! =)
