its the day before i start my diet. just weighed myself and i weigh 77.5kgs. im hoping to get down to about 60kgs.
Measurments
Chest 97.5cm
Waist 90cm
Hips 111cm
i am going to go shopping today to buy all the food i need. i am goin to need alot of will power to complete this diet as im still goin to need to buy lunch box food for my daughter like chippies and musli bars snd will need to stop myself eating them when i get bored. also need to be strong at work as there is vending machine with chippies and chocolate.. must remember that one bite WILL hurt!
I am determined that i will succeed! My partner has gone away for 6wks and hoping that by the time he comes bak he will notice a big difference
