So I am going to start my diet plan tomorrow, yes it is the middle of the week, but I want to get started ASAP. I'm hoping to convince my husband to do it with me to make things easier but looking at the diet plan I think he might struggle to only eat soup for tea you know what men are like, they like there meat and 3 vege. Will try all the same as we both need to lose at least 5kg but my goal is 10kg by July so a big time frame. We are off to Hawaii in July so I want to look my best in that bikini, and maybe even buy a new one for the occasion. Have been feeling quite uncomfortable around my friends lately as they all weigh in no more than 60kg if that, they are all very skinny (but healthly skinny) and I have noticed that all my clothes are becoming quite tight and I have that spare tyre going on around my middle, so a flatish tummy would be nice. Well in my lunch break today I will be doing my grocery shop looks like I might be able to save on the food bill which will be nice. If only we didn't have to eat eh. Well wish me luck, fingers and toes crossed for a lighter me!
