Hey Everyone, Well my pack arrived on thursday. Waited until today to buy the food, so i can start tomorrow. I have just finished work, and worked in a cafe, so it was terrible, so waited until my last day (being today 3rd Jan) Reason im wanting to lose weight is because im a bridesmaid in may, and also just to become fitter and healthier, although i have never really eaten much "junk" etc, and always eat good meals at night. but just cant shift the weight. Looking forward to starting tomorrow, unsure on how it will go, as i will be really tired from working just about every day for last 3 wks... (apart from 25th &28th dec and 1st jan) and usually when im tired i am extra hungry and want comfort food. but i am going to keep positive. I am going to take my son on my walk with me tomorrow, he got a new bike for xmas and wants to ride it around our wee town, so he can come with me, it will make me keep up the pace. I will write again tomorrow and update you all on how my first day goes. cyas

well, i was meant to start on monday, but i got the stupid tummy bug thats been going around the last week or so. i worked in the weekend, and two girls at work also had it. so ill start this monday coming up, let my body get back to normal, still feeling under the weather.
hope everyone else is going well. damn set backs!
