Well I'm back after xmas and a holiday etc.
Bad news...I am now 78.0kg. But I kind of expected that anyway. Too many lollies and chocolate and good eating!
Went to Nelson and camped out for 7 days and of course you don't eat that healthily in fact all we seemed to do was EAT! I think that when you are camping and living it "rough" (even tho we had campground facilities etc) your body goes into survival mode and makes you eat constantly...lol good excuse anyway.
So back to the diet, when? I don't know. SHould I make a clean start monday or start tomorrow. I've started by eating closely to the diet again so I don't know. Maybe Monday (at the latest anyway)
So now current weight is 78.0kg. Up 1.3kg from last weigh in.

God what a nightmare. Was supposed to start on week 1 again today but have had a hellish weekend and today was one of those awful days where I want to scratch my own eyes out. My twins have turned NASTY!!!! They are utterly unbearable and have driven me to the brink of insanity today. So when I go downhill emotionally with them, everything else just flies out the window and runs away...
They are 2yrs old and it must be terrible twos Isuppose. I really need to go back to work but have a dilemma of getting childcare for two at short notice for when or and if I can get a job.
Anyway back to diet talk...It was just dinner that went out the window because I didn't have time to cook the chicken so had what the family had and that was macaroni cheese but I did have about a third of the amount I normally would and then bulked it up with choppped tomatoes which I love so wasn't too bad. I did however take solace in a few chocolate freddos today, bad ass.
Well tomorrow is another day.

Todays weight, YAY! Measured yesterday and have lost a llittle more too. I have much more enthusiasm today when I see a nice loss! Although it's fish and chip nite and I'm going to go without. THe smoothie just doesnt cut it I reakon but never mind EYE ON THE PRIZE EYE ON THE PRIZE........ Apparently 5kg is a dress size! Handy bit of info to know!
Not much else to report, havent exercised much but will get that ball rolling next week. Its hard getting my mind set back into what I was doing.
Like I said EYE ON THE PRIZE!

Well I jumped up to 78.2 over the weekend then came back to 76.7 today. I think I got rid of alot of water weight yesterday, went to the toilet at least a dozen times from midday onwards!
So I'm back to what I was a mth ago. I really need to get it together and stick to the damn diet. So irritated with myself!!!!
Looking back at my fitday log and I have lost nearly 10kg from Aug 2008 til now, can't quite believe that and my measurements from back then were HUGE!!! So that's motivating.
Have a hens nite dinner this friday so will have to keep the eating and boozing under control ha ha ha yeah right....
I musst say I quite enjoy the diet I don't feel hungry at all and I also treat myself to about 50g easiyo yoghurt after lunch and dinner so I feel like it ain't all bad!!!
Heres hoping for another loss tomorrow as it will be THE lightest I have weighed in about 2 1/2yrs!

77.6kg God damn!!!! I have been terrible lately and whats really annoying is how quick I can put weight back on and slave my guts out trying to get it off!!!!!
Had a hens night on 22nd so yeah, mexican dinner and wine for africa!!! Then of course hungover for next 2 days so need comfort food....too lazy to do any exercise for like a week and a half..... Severe kick in the ass required!!!!
Anyway back to the diet today strictly as only have 3 weeks til wedding. My bride friend has just gone and changed the dress on me but it's ok cos I am getting fitted in about a week or so. I'm reasonably happy with how I am. My ugly bulges are gone so thats good. My dress now is long and I really like it so it's all good.
Still would like to drop some more weight and inches / cm's though HEAPS MORE!!!!

oooooooookkkkkkkkkk here I am back again, tail between my legs lol
Did the wedding thing. Still wasn't happy with my weight. Coulda shoulda done better blah blah blah.....
So I am now 80.5kg *shame* and have started the diet again today. Although I am at the gym 5 days a week now. I do a pump class x3 week and combat / attack 3x week so I will be having something extra prior to each class.
This time my goal will be summer! Lets see how I get on. Will post measurements when it's not so frikken cold !

Well on Day 3 now and am weighing 78.8! Woohoo! It hasn't been as bad as the first time round and I haven't been as feral thinking about food all the time ha ha. Will do some measurements later on today. I am going on a huge walk today to do some banking which will be a good hour plus AND pushing my twins which is a good 45kg stroller included then tonight I will be at my combat class. I will be eating something extra before the class though.
I have decided perhaps to stick with the soup ffor dinner every night as it's just too cold and nasty to have a smoothie or salad for dinner, I have to have something hot!

Oops, fish and chips last night! Day 6 today. So the other day I didnt do the walk because sister in law called and wanted to do something so that ruined that BUT I went to the gym that night and did pump and combat class. Next day I did the 1.5hr return walk and gymed it too.
Today I am hoping to get to the gym this afternoon. Hate having to rely on other people so I can get to the gym (as in partner coming home from work on time to look after kids grrr). Tomorrow I am doing a double class again then a friends baby shower which will be no doubt laden with food which I won't be able to resist because I'm just not designed that way ho hum....
Have been eating special k with trim milk and a banana after the gym at night because I just can't be assed making the soup at 8:30pm.

Jaysus! That'll be fish chips on friday, pizza on saturday night (did go to gym however during the day, biked there and back). Then sunday was a baby shower and well baked delights for africa. I did gym it on sunday prior to the shower though. No dinner at all last night. Really was not hungry anyway! Stupid partner went to return dvds last night and magically appeared home with ice cream and chips for christs sake!
Day 1 today :-(

God knows how that happened as yesterday I was 78.9!!!! Anyway I have stepped up the exercise so now x4 pump classes and x3 combat classes per week. I have two days off exercise. Got a wee program from a pt yesterday at the gym. Gonna give me a free pt session next monday.
The diet is kind of still going. Sticking to the salads for lunch but don't think I can do the soup thing anymore so am having a 3yr olds meal for dinner! (size wise that is). And I do Special K, trim milk and a banana 3 nights a week after the gym.
God weekends are terrible, friday night fish and chips, KFC SATURDAY NIGHT!!!!!, lollies and chips with dvd....no control lol! But then I go to the gym on Sunday morning and treadmill off 200 calories then pump class the rest.
