Where to start? My starting weight is 103kgs and hoping to get down to 75kgs. I'm heading into day 3 tomorrow of the plan and I have to admit although the food is yummy I'm still getting that niggling feeling of picking up a chockie biscuit but I stood my ground and grabbing my bottle of water of instead...yay! I'm determined to do this!!

Im into day 9 now and am absolutely stoked that i started this program. At the day 7 weigh in and measurement check im happy to say that i have lost 5kgs and altogether 7.5cm. So there is no doubt in my mind that this works.

About to complete my second week on this plan and I must be honest and say I had a few slip ups this week. I took my girl to the movies and couldn't help but dip into the butter popcorn and I did have a trumpet the other night...not good I know but I'm not letting that phase me. Due for the day 14 weigh in tomorrow so I shall be back tomorrow to see if my slip ups cost me losing a little more...cross fingers it didn't:-)
