Well Its been a whole week and I haven't written anything. So last week wasn't so good I was soo hungry so didn't stick to diet did go to Zumba 3 times last week.
I seem to find week 1 easier to follow then any other week, I didn't lost any weight but didn't gain either to that was good and lost 1 more cm off my hips so that was good too.
Going to start my own plan next week and do more exercise. Let you know how I go.
