WEEK 2
Day 10
Well had a big blow out on the weekend. I bought a slushly machine and had to try it out. So drank too much alcohol and ate too much.
So Monday I started from week 1 again. I've been ok with eating do feel hungry but just drink more water or do something to keep my mind occupied.
But even with the weekend I still lost 1kg. Trying to do more exercise but finding some of my dvds are a bit advanced for my fitness level LOL!! And trying to find a bike so I can start cycling to work.

Well day 4 again and just ate a fat piece of chocolate mud cake! Broke up with my "friend" last night so not feeling soo good and cake was there and I was there and yeah. Jumped on scales this morning and lost 0.5kg but cake may have put that back on just going to do a bit more exercise tonight go out for a walk then go shopping. People may think shopping ain't good but I can take hours in a mall by myself so 2 hours walking round shopping is 2 hours low paced exercise I reckon.

WEEK 5
Well I'll be honest, haven't been following the diet or exercising. Have had a few emotional barriers to deal with. Been away from home a lot and drinking too much alcohol lol!
But I have managed some how to lose another 1.5kgs and keep off the other 1kg I lost. So no weight gain so that's good.
I bought a bike today and picking in up Saturday so will start biking to work next week.
I'm just going to watch what I eat and exercising from now to New Years and be full on into diet in the new year.
Even though I haven't been sticking to this diet the information in it has been informative and I'm checking all foods now for calourie intake and thinking twice about what I'm eating.

Well I bought this diet back in November (8 months ago) Tomorrow I'm going back on it! I joined the gym and have been doing zumba for the last 2 and half months. I haven't lost any weight but am feeling a lot fitter. At least when I go to Zumba now I'm enjoying it and after 5 mins I'm not thinking 'oh god are we finished yet?' now I think after 1 hour 'Is that it? I can do 1 more song' lol So tomorrow back on this diet and with my almost 6 day a week exercise programme the kilo's should melt off.

Well day 2 and 3 were ok. Ate a few things I shouldn't have on day 3 someone bought me lunch and I didn't wana be rude and say 'no thanks' all I could think about was how much more exercise I'd have to do to get burn off what I ate lol.
Day 2 - Did 1 hour at the gym and followed diet that day.
Day 3 - Did a 1 hour body balance class and ate a few things I shouldn't have.
