I am on day 2 & so far going strong lol - early days yet but I have made the first step. Have hypothyroidism, but after 2 yrs finally my medication is right so feel I have no excuse to lose those extra kilos. Height 178cm Weight 98.7 - would like to get to 72kilos I have hung on the wall in my bedroom a very sexy silk piece of lingerie my husband bought me 2 yrs ago for our wedding anniversary, was only a little tight then but now, well the picture isn't pretty - that is my motivation, I look at it every morning I get up & remember this is why I am doing this. I have read a lot of the diaries - it is great to hear everyones comments, gives me inspiration. Will keep updating weekly with my progress - good luck to all out there

Hi all, I am on day two of the kickstart and am doing ok, it's 5115pm and am feeling a bit peckish! I will go for a walk for half an hour then have my smoothie! I am enjoying reading all the diaries, they are an inspiration. keeep up the great work. ps. are we supposed to be drinking white tea or coffee does anybody know? thanks Attachments:
