How much weight do you want to lose? Around 22 kgs
What is the timeframe for reaching your target weight? Before middle of Feb 2010 if possible, otherwise before middle of March 2010
How do you want to accomplish your goal (what methods do you want to use)? This diet, loads of exercise and a change in my opinion and thinking of food.
Who or what can support you in reaching your goal?

Quite realistic!!

After my exams finish on 16th November
1. What is your current height and weight?
170cm, 94 kgs (i think, haven't weighed myself in awhile and that is 2 kgs more than what i was a few months ago and it seems right - will check before i start).
2. If you were at an ideal weight now, what would that weight be? 70kg
3. At what weight would you like to be at four months from now?
70kg
4. Why do you want to lose weight?
My self confidence has shot out the window, and im ashamed of myself when i look in the mirror or try on certain clothes.
5. Do you want to lose weight for a specific life event such as wedding or reunion? If so, when is that event?
I am a bridesmaid in the second week of Dec but i don't think it is possible to loose that much weight, but if i was at 84kg for the wedding i would be stoked!
I have a school reunion in March and would like to be smaller than what i was when i graduated.
6. What obstacles could get between you and your weight loss goals?
My mum is a qualified chef and serves meals like there isn't any food left in the world, and my family are big eaters in terms of 3 big meals including dinner which is massive. My boyfriend likes takeaways on Saturday nights and Coke - god that stuff is evil!!
7. Why do you think that you now have a weight problem?
Just put it to the back of my mind, and whenever i did loose weight which i have, my measurements changed heaps but the actual weight number only moved slightly.
8. What lifestyle changes do you think would help you lose weight?
Just learning to say no!!!!
9. Have you lost weight in the past? If so, what has worked in the past to help you lose weight?
Lots of exercise and healthy options
10. Why do you believe that you did not lose weight or you gained the weight back?
I had my appendix removed and lost about 10 kg's, i managed to maintain that weight for ages but all of a sudden it piled back on plus some! Also i started a strict thing in September of last year and i got to November and was starting to see results but just caved in due to the stress of exams.
11. What, if anything, has not worked for you in the past in helping you to lose weight? Why do you think it did not work?
Limiting my foods way to much! Tendency to binge afterwards!
12. Would you try writing down all food and drink consumed for a given period of time?
Yup
13. Do you cook at home often? If so, what do you cook?
My mum cooks for me. Usually stirfrys, salads, fish, bolagnase, meat.
14. How often do you go out to eat? Where do you go?
Usually once or twice a week. Saturday night for Wendys or Burger Wisconsin, and then Sunday usually Subway or something.
15. What are your three favorite foods?
Lasagne, Roast beef or chicken, and Afghans
16. What are your three favorite restaurants?
Burger Wisconsin, Wendys, Italian
17. What are three things you can do differently when it comes to food?
Cut down the amount, eat less more often, not eat all the time
18. If you woke up tomorrow and your body was exactly the way you want it, what would be different?
Would wear the clothes i wanted to, would not be ashamed of myself and I most probably could get my photos done for modelling

Yes
20. Do you binge eat (large amounts at a time)?
Yes
21. Do you hide your food or eat in secret?
No
22. Do you eat when you are sad, nervous, or depressed?
Usually when stressed

Whatever really, not to fussed.
26. What type of snacks do you eat?
Biscuits, chips...bad stuff.
27. In terms of exercise, what, if anything, are you currently doing?
Nothing - haven't done anything for a year, but am going to start walking around the mountain and then start running.
28. Where do you go for exercise? A local public gym? School/work gym? Home?
Home - can't afford the gym, and seem to loose a lot of weight there and just pile if back on afterwards.
29. What, if anything, are your three favorite types of exercise?
Cycling, boxing, circuit training.
30. What is your daily/weekly/monthly/yearly motivation to move towards your goals?
I want to wear a bikini with confidence
31. Do you have rewards for certain goals?
Yes - i think once a week i'll let myself have a treat most probably on Sundays!
