I started my diet yesterday I have to admit it was quite hard yesterday and today But I keep on telling myself that I am doing this for a reason, and then I can carry on for a little while again. I have got my wedding coming up next year as well, which does help a bit with the motivation. I am 1.66m tall, and weigh 84.4 kg I want to weigh 55-60 kg, and want to wear a size 10 It does help that the blog is here, it is very very motivating

hi there ...i've had that same experience too on the first and second day...i felt like my head was heavy and felt a wee bit weak..well, i guess that is because my body got quiet a shock having to eat very little food unlike the big amounts it is use to...now on my 4th day, it's adjusting to these changes...good luck!

Well, today is the last day of the third week and it has been a very difficult week for me. I have had so many slip ups this week that I am so ashamed of and angry at myself for. I havnt been on the scale for the last 7 days as I am too scared I might see something I dont like. The second week went so well and was inspirational as my total weight loss on my 14 day wheigh in was 5.3 kgs. Dont know what happened, just had constant cravings, and it felt like I needed more solid foods, like roast meats and vegatables. Anyways I will be starting on week one again tomorrow as I really need to get back on track. I hope that it will go better this week. I am very de-motivated at this sstage and hope that I can get myself to go to the gym as well this week.

Im back at my weight I was on Nov 2, 2009. Just cant seem to get back on track. Tomorrow is my new beginning day. I want to make it work this time, last year before Christmas was not a good time to start. I have got 3 months to shed my extra kilo's as I am getting married in June 2010. I want to be looking my absolute best and not look back at my photos a year afterwards and be embarrassed of how I looked. And that is the only day I can look as pretty as ever. I am going the whole 9 yards, eating just the food on the plan and drinking only water, no coffee as that is my down fall! I will also be doing at least 30 min of exercise every day, alternate days between weight training and aerobics. Also what motivated me the most last time was writing up all the cm's an kilo's I lost along the way - I did so well, then Christmas came along Now I dont have an excuse, no parties are coming up before the wedding so here I go to the most slimmest me on the most beautiful day of my life! I will be checking in daily to update my emotions; it really helps just to jot them down.
