hi yvonne..well, lets both hope for the best...i've realised after today that i've never struggled alot in keeping my mind off food until when i started this plan....i know we can do this..it's all in the mind...stay focused and nevr lose sight of ur goal..we'll get there.!!

Same with me... Especially preparing the meal for my family... It looked so yummy, but I must say my soup was nice... Just had the omellette for breaky... Not what Im used to but I ate it... Good luck for today

yaye..am on day 3 now..everything is going great....i feel a lot lighter now and for the first time..never have i felt guilty about stuffing my face...i've started to pick up my pace when walking, and i've realised i'm a bit too fast now..i'm pretty happy about my progress and looking forward to day 7, so i can weigh myself and follow up on my progress..

Hi there, Im on day three as well - not feeling hungry at all today - picking up the exercise pace too with more energy. Im looking forward to day 7 and will let you know the results. Go hard girls!!!!
