Why do you want to lose weight? Just to feel better about myself
Do you want to lose weight for a specific life event such as wedding or reunion? If so, when is that event. No, just for me
What obstacles could get between you and your weight loss goals? Getting sick or visiting family & friends who are having a feast
What lifestyle changes do you think would help you lose weight? Just to Exercise more and stop being lazy
Have you lost weight in the past? If so, what has worked in the past to help you lose weight? Yes, because of stress but put it all back on
Why do you believe that you did not lose weight or you gained the weight back? Stress
Would you try writing down all food and drink consumed for a given period of time? I plan on doing that from Today
Do you cook at home often? If so, what do you cook? Yes, Chicken, Mince, Mixed Fresh Veges, Kumara
How often do you go out to eat? Where do you go? Once a week, Macdonalds or Fish & Chips

What are your three favorite restaurants? Butter Chicken Shop, Roast House, MacDonalds
What are three things you can do differently when it comes to food? Eat smaller portions, cut off the fat, boil, steam or grill instead of fry or deep fry
