Hi, last Oct I weighed 102.2 kg's. Between then and May I got down to 74kg. But since the end of May I have just been going up and down between 72kg and 74kg. I'm now 73kg. I love that I have already lost so much weight, and I feel a lot better about myself. I have still been exercising at home or going to the gym every day, but I can't seem to get back to eating properly. I really need a kick start to get me back on track!! Ideally, I would like to be around 58 kg as I'm short (158cm). So that's 15 kg to lose.
