Hi guys, I want to lose weight and already lose some weight. I have lost 20 lbs in three months but want to lose more 10 lbs. Have you any idea or suggestion. If you have then please post here. It would be really appreciable. Learn more about us

Start some exercise and spend proper time in your routine exercise. Do cardio exercises specially outdoor high intensity cardio such as jogging, running, and swimming etc. to lose more weight in less time. Also make some changes in your diet plan, go on raw veggies diet rather than junk or processed diet plan. Fitness Club Maitland
