Ok, I need to lose 14kgs I feel like a heffa & can't fit into my gorgeous clothes some still have their tags attached. How sad is that. I started on Sunday 25th that day being my first day was really hard but got through it. Walked for 30mins & OMG it nearly killed me, lol. I've never done any form of exercise before. I think my body has gone into shock. " What the hell are you doing to me". When i got home my knees were like jelly I had sweat pouring of me & felt like I was dying,lol. The next day wasn't too bad, but today my legs are so sore I guess using muscles I didn't even know I had. Anyway lets get down to the nitty gritty.
Start weight: 69kgs Wow Height: 163cms Waist: 85cms Hips: 101cms Thighs: 109cms Bust: 94cms
Weighed & measured today on the 3rd day Weight: 67.5kgs Waist: 80cm Hips: 96cms Thighs: 107cm Bust: 92cm
1.5kgs lost & 14cm of body fat lost in 3 days. Well I'm stoaked with that. Feel quite good not as hungry as what I was on the first day. Keep saying to myself " No Pain No Gain" that seems to work really well. It's hard though when you're so used to eating & thinking about food all the time, it can be tough to change your mind set.
Looking forward to the end of the kick start to see how much weight & body fat I lose, so far so good.

Day 5 I'm feeling good but I'm constantly thinking about food all the time . I have two kids under the age of 5 & you would think my mind would be occupied with them & all the things I do in my day. This plan is working & I am pleased to tell you I have not slipped up once. If anyone has any ideas on what I can do that would be great. Will keep you posted

Day 7
Weighed & measured myself this morning I have lost so far 3kgs & 29cm of body fat.
Waist: 75cm Hips: 90cm Thighs: 105cm Bust: 90cm
My clothes are fitting so much better ;D & don't feel so frumpy anyone. My fat rolls are almost gone, can't believe in that short amount of time you can lose cm of body fat like that. I guess that's what happens when you're not eating everything in sight, hey. Haven't done any exercise for the last 3 days but will get back on track. I still find myself thinking about food all the time & haven't found anything yet to keep my mind & myself busy. But I'm still pleased to tell everyone I have not slipped up once.
So if you want something bad enough like I do, you will do it & exceed.
