Hi all, I actually brought this diet plan around four year or more ago. I did use it and found it awesome. This is now my third time after having child number two. I'm a lot heavier than what the diet plan is aimed at, and I'm also breastfeeding, so I am modifying it a bit in hopes to keep milk supply up as well as lose weight.
Starting at 84kg... Should be interesting, I want to lose about 10kg by xmas but would be happy to lose 6kg at the least...

I suggest you to consult to the doctor about it because that can make something different with the baby. Ask your doctor before having that it won't harm the baby and then use otherwise be on dieting that will be good then supplement.
