Hi All,
My name is Amanda. I have been on another weight loss plan for approximately 3 years and have had some ok results but am at a huge plateau. I recently had a miscarriage and have put on about 5kg from emotional eating. I would like to lose around 30kg over the next year, but my first goal is to lose the weight I put on after the miscarriage. Prior to putting that weight on I had already lost 15kg so fingers crossed that this plan will kick my weight loss back on track! I plan to start the plan on Friday after I weigh in on Thursday!

Nahhhhh, OMG this can't have come soon enough! Weighed in today and have put ON another kilo?!?!?!?! Am starting the plan tomorrow!

After a week on this programme I have lost 1.6kg!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Am soooo happy and can't wait to get on the scale again next week to see how well I have done! It is soooo motivating to have lost that much weight and I know that I will keep this up! I didn't really do a huge amount of exercise this week due to an increase in work commitments, but that has calmed down now so I will be able to increase the exercise and take my poor long suffering puppy dog for a walk every evening!
