Hi every one! Its been 3 days since i started this diet. I feel really good now. But the 1st day was very hard i didn't think i would pull true!! But i did! I'm so proud of my self! I haven't check my wait yet simply because i don't have scales yet. But will get them this weekend. So i am doing it with my hubby and he has scales at work. Hes wait was 126 kg a week ago his doctor told him. and now he is 122!! So thats awesome cos he lost 4kg in 3 days. Obviously i would loose some too. I'm still feeling a bit hungry every now and then but my wheel power is very strong so I'm not gonna give up!!! I'm feeling that i wanna eat this way for ever cos its just feel right!! I have 9 mth old baby son. I wanna him to live happy and healthy live too!! OK i wanna go now. So have an awesome weekend every one!! Stay strong and positive!!! ;D See you all next week!!!

I am using raw veggies diet for the weight loss. I eat broccoli, cabbage, spinach, cucumber, radish, and green beans in raw form for the weight reduction. I also eat apple, grapefruit, orange, berries, and pear in my breakfast to lose the weight through the fruits diet.
