1st day today...weighed my self in at 82kg with a 88.9cm waist want to loose 15-20kg which will be a miracle in itself as I normally sit around 70kg be back in a week, having a family bbq this weekend...but I'm sure I'll be ok

3rd day.. I was actually dreading Tuesday night as soon as I read the menu, smoothy for tea and the following day A toast for breaky!!! WTF, what made it worse was how hungry I had been feeling over the first two days of the diet, but surprisingly the smoothy did satisfy, and so did breaky, though I did have an extra large coffee lol (no sugar or milk, I think I deserved it). The food is REALLY yummy...it's amazing how yummy that toast was this morning. Since I have been controlling my eating I find that I taste food better, food is more flavoursome, make sense? Anyway I am feeling better physically, and hope like anything that I keep feeling this way and show some improvement when I weigh and measure myself again. Now I'm just waiting for my complete diet to arrive in the mail, any day now..

Day 7..Xmas came a week early as usual so the weekend was a cheating fest lol..No I don't feel guilty and I'm back on track today, and guess what? I'm now 79kg and my waist is 86.4cm YEEHAAA!!!! Pretty impressive , received full pack last week really easy reading. I love the way everything's there for you...grocery list, yay!! (and nothing expensive, most things are already what we have in the cupboard anyway). Looking forward to my next weigh in...keep it up people

ps...motivation is up, I HAVE energy..I WANT to take the kids out, I don't have to make myself get up and take them out...it feels GOOOOD!!

Thursday day 10-wasn't feeling too optimistic, didn't think I'd loose a lot in 3 days....But another 2 kg have melted away..lol Going camping for a week...so lets see how good I am. Merry Christmas all, and have a wonderfully trouble free New Year

wow it's been a long time since I've been on here...I got down to my normal weight, which is 76kg and stayed there for a while, I just kept on breaking the rules :/. But I'm back started on the Gradual Weight Loss plan, and feel great!!!! 71 kilos this morning YAY!!!!!!!!!!!

Stay cool focus on having the correct diet that will help you in getting the correct amount of nutrition. Make exercising a part of your life and keep doing that surely it will help you a lot in losing your weight.

I would like to say that it is most important to stay healthy and also essential to keep your body fit that you take always balanced diet and also take some exercise daily in the morning.
