Well, I just finished my 1st week and lost 2.8kgs !!!WOW!!! I lost 3 inches off my belly and 3.5 off my hips and I'm not sure if I'm doing it right because I wasnt hungry at all. I txt Joanne to see when I could start eating the negative calorie foods list in the diet and was told that I could start right away, that was on day 4... so I'm not sure bout everyone else, but Im really excited to carry on with this programme. Also, my family and I had to go away for a couple of days and I couldnt stick as strictly to the plan as I wanted but lived the principles of it... no takeaways, no sweets and chocolates even tho everyone else was. I guess its all about determination huh. Last week I weighed in at 111.8kgs now Im 109kgs Im 5ft 8inch tall, I havent been anywhere near 90kgs since I flew past it after having my second child 16 yrs ago. Im aiming to lose about 30kgs so I've got a little ways to go, but now thanks to "My Kiwi Diet" I know I can make it. By the way, my before photos are hideous but watch this space cos Im gonna be slim again and wear beautiful dresses and jeans too

Thats awesome congratulations on your loss. Thanks for mentioning that you had asked Joanne about the negative calorie foods too cause I was wondering the same thing. I start day 8 tomorrow so I guess I can start with the negative calorie foods then. Will be nice to add a few more fruit and vege to the diet but am definately going to keep to the one snack a day. No way do I want to go back to eating the amount I was eating before!
