Well, I have given up counting and have no idea what number diet this one is. I have done w/w plenty of times, and it works, but I can't justify the cost of weighing in every week.
Im 165cm tall, 88.6 kgs weighed in today. I have had 3 kids with my youngest being nearly 3, so I can't even blame it on baby weight.
Im a lazy eater and always reach for biscuits or whatever is easy. I have a terrible addiction to chocolate and biscuits. I know all this but have never had that switch go on in my head to make me say "this is it, time for action".
I have got a friends wedding in March 11 and brothers wedding in December 11, so I must be at my goal weight by December 11. I refuse to be the fat one in the lovely family wedding photo's.
So, it was my first day on the diet today. Haven't felt too hungry but have tried to keep busy. I do feel light headed and could have gone to sleep at about 3pm today. I managed a walk for 45mins even with my sore knees, but will have to take that easy.
Im pleased with my efforts today, look forward to tomorrow.

Day 2 and Im very tired. Could have easily slept on the couch all day today. did a 30 minute walk this morning and was really dragging my heels. Am feeling really hungry and dreaming about all the things I want to be eating. Wish I could be going to bed now so I can stop thinking of food. Drank 3.2ltrs of water today but did have to have a coffee or I was scared I would snap and run for the junk food. Also I ate about 1/2 a small carrot while making the kids dinner. Can't wait for the week to be over so I can see the rewards of all my effort.

Thanks sina, you are right with the positive thoughts. I think of all the cool new clothes I will buy when im slim and invision myself wearing them with my super new haircut lol. You certainly have to have something to work towards. Now on day 4. Feeling so much better. Haven't got the hunger, even left some of my soup last night. Did an hours walk last night which felt great. It funny to see that your body doesn't really need to be loaded with so much food. Even the water drinking is getting better. Far less trips to the loo. Heres to feeling good and looking great. I feel so much more alive.

Well, I have survived day 6 and a Saturday. The weekends always tend to be my downfall. Had a bad day yesterday and just felt so hungry. Was also bored and kept steering into the pantry wondering what I could eat. Can't believe i have stuck to this for a week. Normally im so weak and cave early. Roll on Monday........

Day 8: and am looking forward to this weeks diet plan. I do enjoy a coffee in the morning and a small glass of coke zero at night with my dinner.
Over the past week I have lost 3 kgs and my measurements were:
Chest: 111 / 108 Waist: 92 / 90 Hips: 107 / 104
I knew i had lost a bit because i had to go buy a smaller pair of shorts because the ones i had kept falling down. Happy with the loss, wish it was more but better a gain.
Felling a lot more confident about this week.

Hi time4change. I am still sticking with it. Weighed in on day 10 but no weight loss but 1cm off the bust. It has been a hard few days with our bathroom being renovated so I haven't drunk nearly enough water. Hopefully back on track today =)

Good on you. Its tough when there is no weightloss to show you your hard work has paid off a? I didn't have any loss on day 10 either, infact I put on 0.1 of a kg! I too have been terrible with my water, not drinking nearly enough. Going to try to sort that today. Keep it up!

Argh, day 14 and feeling very sorry for myself. Have jumped up to 86.1 kgs. So upset with myself. Drifted away from the diet over the past 3 days and look what happened. Have been in a foul mood ever since I stepped on the scales. Have so far done and hours walk and washed the car and vacummed the house. Going back to the 1st weeks diet today. Started it today to get a jump start and will do that for the next week or 2 I think.
