Hi guys I'm Laura, I'm 23 years old from Christchurch and have an 8 month old wee girl. Before I got pregnant, I had just lost 25kgs and of course, piled it all back on and then some while I was pregnant. It's proving rather difficult to lose, so hoping that this diet will help! Day 1 today.. Fingers crossed!! Currently weighing in at 93kg.. Hoping to get back down to the 70ish kg I was before bubs came along.

Hi Laura, I no how you feel. I am a similar weight to you and would like to be 70kg again as well. I have had two kids and have lost 30kg and am finding it hard to lose the last bit. I have the diet but keep saying I will start tomorrow. So I really neat to get my act together. Good luck to you and hope it goes great.

Abbey (School Teacher) Palmerston North. Currently weigh in at 113kgs. Planning to lose 45kgs. To look FAB at 40 (15/12/11)!!!! Tried Weight Watchers with some results many years ago. Lucky to have started today!- As on holiday, so the pressure of changing diet not so hard.

Hey all My name is victoria. And im from new plymouth currently living in the waikato. I am weighing 75kg as of today sunday 6th febuary 2011. I Brought the diet on thursday so am starting the diet 2moro (monday) New week! My target weight is is 60-65kgs within the next few months. ;D I am so excited to start as joanne has so much positive feedback and i am hoping i can add to that... I have PCOS and i need to lose weight for me and my partner to have a better chance at having a child. So guys i wish yous all the best and goodluck we can do it! x x x

Hi everyone. My name is Marcia - i'm a "JAFA"!.
I'm desperate to lose the 8kgs i've recently put on!
Start weight: 67.4kgs Goal weight: 61kgs
I started today and i'm missing my soda water and diet coke!! I had to do 30m of Zumba, as it was too wet to walk outside. Looking forward to dinner shortly!
Any tips would be awesome and greatly appreciated!

Hi there, My name is Eryn I am 27 from Hawkes Bay. AS of this morning I am 74kgs but ultimately would like to be 65!! (I am also very short 152cms) so anything more would be an added bonus!!
Tomorrow is the start of this diet for me, I did another diet programme last yeah and I feel I did quiet well however reached a certain level and the weight loss stopped so lost interest. Fingers crossed this will work for me!! What I would love to achieve though is to be able to wear a swimsuit without worry on my holiday in October!!
I have a son who is pretty full on I also work nearly full time in a job that is full on as well!!
Would be good to hear about others journeys along the way.

Hi ya Just joined up ... I'm 43 and weigh 78kgs. Goal is to reach 65-68kg ... so a good 10kgs off would be great. Also training for half-marathon coming up next month ... so gotta push myself. Just had Special K for breakfast ... yummy! Also started an 8 week challenge, where we train 3 times a week ... plus Zumba every Wed. Hopefully I'll start seeing weightloss soon. p.s. Am having trouble converting kilojoules into calories (as that is what most food items have on their packets, is kilojoules). Any help is appreciated. Good luck everyone.
