I think im at week 6 or 7 now and although Im not 100% sticking to the diet anymore im sticking with the exersize and making better food choices. I think the diet kickstarted me into better eating and now im know I can eat what I want, i choose not to eat rubbish and only foods that will fuel me. The weight is still coming off, if i decide i want a chocolate il eat one and just do abit more exersize so its working fantastically. Suits me to. Oh and the best bit is I no longer crave butter chicken Haha!!
