Hi Apryl, Hope you are feeling better Please don't be so hard on yourself, a piece of steak is hardly going to hurt, we are only human, and sounds like you might have just needed a little break after doing so well. Get back on that horse and keep up the good work. You lost a lot of weight early on so now your body is probably just leveling out. Take care Linda

Hi
I have a had a bit of a break from my diet. I am letting my body get use to the sudden changes. I have managed to not put more weight on!!! yay!!! My eating habbits have change, love my salads and chicken soup!! I managed to mix up the meal plan and love it!!!
I have noticed a big difference with the weight loss. My arms are not so massive with cellulite any more, they are more toned and it doesnt look like i have big muscles when i have a tight t shirt on. My pants fit nicely and my tummy is not so out there and overflowing with pants on.
i am really happy with the results, alot of people have noticed the difference, which makes me happy knowing that this diet actually works!!!!!!
Although i have had a bit of a break from this diet, i did not completely fall off the wagon. i still ate the food in the diet but did have (not sneaked) a bit of chocolate now and then.
Thanks to Linda's advice which i SO needed at the time, i was a bit hard on my self, i didnt want to be a quitter or useless and cheat. I wanted to do it properly, maybe it was a bit too extreme, but i think it was worth it in the end. Maybe this time when i start my diet again back to week one, i will be a bit more easy on my self..
I just want to say good luck to everyone and keep up the good work!!!!!! You will be so pleased with the results, i know i am......
...........to be continued
