Yup, booked costume last week. It is very sexy (wink wink). Still room in costume for weight loss so should look fab!!!
I must say, my energy levels are back to normal now (I felt rather drained end of last week). Even with approx 45mins exercise. I also found I got a tad grumpy, but all good now. Funny how the body reacts to change.
Looking forward to 10day weigh in tomorrow. Will let you know!!!
PS Thanks for advise for Saturday. Will stick to the healthy finger food and heaps of water. Plus I plan to have a good workout in the morning before we head off so that will help too! (kids to run around after also - no time to rest!)

Day 10 weight in - 73.6kg! 400g since Monday which is great. I am really pleased (I secretly would have liked a little more, but that is still pretty good!)
Plus another 3CM off my bust (Joanne, you really are in trouble with hubby now!!!) I haven't changed waist or hip measurements, but I have just ordered one of those Bean Ab cushions so can't wait for that to turn up. Hoping that might help get rid of the baby belly!
So there we go. Will check in again next Monday on the Day 14 weigh in. Hope everyone else is doing well.

hahaha your hubby is so furious with me now I am so sure!! Remember, it's not that weight that matters, its the measurements! If you feel really tired and grumpy, why not take multivitamins maybe you're lacking it? Also when I was dieitng I found metamucil to be really helpful because it helps in cleansing all of the toxins out of the body.
You are so motivated I can feel it! just make sure you are aware of the troubles to come.. aka.. weight loss plateau. You can search in google and you'll see it's all over the place. Give yourself a break on sundays too, like get a nice yummy lunch so that your body doesnt crave so much, but if you're all good then you can just give that a miss!
Everyone reacts to dierting in a different way... and your body's reacting very well!!!
Keep in touch!!

DAY 14 WEIGH IN: 73kg on the nose. So TOTAL weight lose so far 5.5kg. I am really pleased. Have even lost 2cm from around the waist.
Saturday was a bit of a shocker. Did a heap of exercise in the morning etc before we headed out. I was very good at the festival, but that night we had friends around so had Indian for dinner (I didn't eat anywhere near as much as I use to) BUT I had a bottle of wine and a couple on gins. Lets just say I felt rather sorry for myself Sunday!!!
But got straight back into Sunday morning, so hopefully will see some good results again this week. My Bean ab cushion arrived this morning, so look out ab's, you are in for a BIG SHOCK!!!
Hope everyone else is doing well. Will check in again Thursday (heres hoping to hit around 72.5kg!!!)

DAY 17 WEIGH IN - I am at 73.2kg, which is .2kg more than Mondays weigh in.
I think I have hit the dreaded plateau!!! Rather disappointed as I stuck to the plan 100%, but I have read up on the weight loss plateau, so have mixed up my exercise. Hopefully that will spur things on a bit.
Also Joanne I took your advice and went to the chemist to get some metamucil , but on talking to the chemist they recommended something called Flaxoslim, which does the same sort of thing as metamucil but has Flaxseed oil as well (Apparently good to aid weight loss and keep you feeling fuller for longer!).
On the bright side, another 1cm off waist. Tried on 3 pairs of 3/4pants this morning for work and they all look terrible!!! Far too big around the waist (to the point of falling off). Hubby told me to go shopping, but I really want to hold off until I get to the 70kg mark.
Will check in Monday for the 21day weigh in. Have a happy weekend everyone.

DAY 21 WEIGH IN - Bad news folks - 73.6kg. I have gone up another .4kg since Thursday!!!
But in saying that another 1cm off my hips and my clothes are certainly fitting differently now so I realise that my shape is changing and I need to get my head around not going by the scales.
I am doing my own menu plan this week as in reading about the plateau, most people recommend 1wk a month going back to 'normal' eating (Still healthy), so I will do that and then back onto rapid weight loss next week.
I am keeping up the exercise as I am really enjoying it so don't want to stop that. But hopefully that might get me through this, as it is very disheartening trying your best and not seeing the results!

Hey clary. It must be the water weight or you're gaining muscle thats why scales saying a different story? I mean imagine.. 1 cm off your waist every weelk, that means at least a few actual amount of fat lost right? Yeah scales cannot really be depended on!

DAY 25 WEIGH IN - 73.2kg.
I am really stuck in this 73kg range ah!!! I didn't do any exercise Friday till this morning and had a couple meals out etc so considering, I don't think that is too bad! I am now getting heaps of comments on the amount of weight I have lost (even from people that didn't know I was dieting) so that is really motivating.
I started running this morning (not a pretty sight!). I even had to borrow the neighbours dog as my poor old rottie can't keep up anymore. So maybe things might 'step up' a bit!
Have a good week.

Day 28 - YES!!!! 72kg exactly. I have finally broken past the 73kg mark. I have now lost 6.5kg which is fantastic.
Unfortunately I have had to put a stop to the running as I have shin splint (I walk around like an old woman at the moment) so once this comes right, it will be back to the hard out walking!
Away to Hanmer for the weekend with friends so a good old soak in the hot pools is exactly what I need. Hopefully the diet will not be blown to pieces!
Have a great long weekend everyone.

I am back on week 1 diet this week (I have had a couple weeks off plan as I found I just couldn't budge off my plateau) So will no doubt see some good results this week.
Will let you all know on Thursday.

Hi Clary,
Just as an aside.... have you considered not weighing yourself so often? I weigh in once a week at the same time and in the same clothes. Your weight can fluctuate heaps during the week. Anyway just a suggestion.
