Hi everyone,
Well my first target was to be at 68kg by March, and That's today. Had a extreme few days and my weigh in today puts me at 68.8kgs. Soooooooo close!
Had a interesting week and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone but I lost 3.2kgs. It really took alot of motivation and commitment. But after the 2nd day I have felt really good, my fruit day I spend a wee bit hungry, and I have been a bit excessive on the exercise. But the day off I have had sneaky bits like choc and cake..... ;D hehehe. Next goal is to get to 62kg not sure on a time line yet. Someone give me a date.
Oops just about forgot to mention......I feel great!!! I had people notice yesterday, that is a big thing, made me feel really good.

Hi you,
Glad you have such a good frient to give you a kick in the A! I am really interested to see how you go on teh new extreme plan, I know I won't make 68kg this month as still stuck on 73 but I think its more muscle now as I don't see so much wobbly fat in the mirror ha!
Take care and we will do this, I just saw a cruise for 4 night pop up in my email box for 4 nights in January only $555 per person, think that would be so cool! And would be a good reward, dreams are free. Although I know when I get to my 68 I am going to buy a new pair of sexy jeans, can't wait for that.

Hi, haha don't know about the super woman thing. I have not been doing alot I'm afraid to say. Have been eating pretty normal, and got a bit slack on the exercise. I feel really good and comfortable in clothes. Have splurged on lots of new jeans sz 11's too. So although I still really want to loose more, top half though, I've lost my motivation. I've made a deal with my friend if we loose 5kg by mid April we're having a day out, if not we're off to do a gym class. It looks like I'm heading to the gym, which actually scares me. We're a week and a half into our time and I haven't lost anything...argggh! Oooh a cruise...now that would be fantastic!!!

Size 11 you lucky thing!!!! I am in my size 12's still a bit tight but at least now I can do up the zip ha ha! Thats great you and your friend have the 5kg deal going, thats really good motivation.
I have failed miserably this weekend, went up to AUckland on Friday, first stop food hall at Manukau City, man I was like a kid in a lolly shop running around trying to figure out what I was going to eat, decided on a kebab which was reasonably healthy and had big bottle of water. Kids had McD's.......
Saturday rolls along, I have cereal for breakfast, then Sushi for lunch, went to my father-in-laws 60th party, and food for africa, chips and dips and cheese right beside me, which I could not stop eating, anyway left there with kids in toe, and arrived back to the motel we were staying in and got a Hells Pizza that was so nice, and then yesterday bacon & eggs for breakfast, Butter Chicken for lunch at food court, and a nearly 6 hour trip home as there was a nasty accident on the motorway so we were stuck in traffic not moving for around 2 hours.......
So this past weekend, no exercise, all I did was eat, and did I mention drink, yes a couple of bottles of fizzy wine went down the gob too...... but back on that horse I get, I was so tired this morning I did not get up early and go for my walk, but I will make damm sure I get out after dinner with the dog and walk for at least 1 1/2 hours. It will be apples for lunch today for me and for dinner just salad with a small tin of tuna.
I will succeed with this and so will all of you! Really good to see so many new people and that they are so positive, I am not even going to bother jumping on the scales this week but I will work hard on my exercise and what I put in my big gob and next Monday I will have good news to report.

hi all, I have been completely hopeless, lost my mojo completely. weighing in at 68kg I have 3 to lose in less then a week and I still can't get back on the diet bus! I'm so angry with myself. I have been drinking heaps of coffee, eating whatever is in front of me including chocolate. (with 6 kiddies there was a lot of easter eggs around this house. arggg!) Exercise has come to a complete stop, i think the only reason I haven't put on weight is because all my toned muscle is turning to complete slush. This is all the reason I have been avoiding my diary, shame But I'm going to sort it out. Risk the headaches and cut back my coffee and my food. It's so cold and drinking water is hard, warmer to snack ;D But I am going to try to drink instead. try really hard. I'm going to do zumba each day even if it's just the express workout, i have to do something. Well wish me luck, I'll let you know how I go. It is so much easier to start the weight loss plan and stick to it then to fall off and try to claw your way back on. Please if your tempted to take a week off, don't, not until you are really happy with your weight, or at least only take a weekend off and don't let it extend. No just don't do it. See how nutty it sends you!!!

Where'd you go?? I hope you haven't been posting coz you're waayy too thin and happy to remember this forum?
I love your no nonsense everyday talk. keeps me motivated. Nice to know there are everyday kiwis doing this.
I just got my diet book tonight, so I'll be heading out to do grocery shopping tomorrow!!
Come back and write more! I wanna hear the good news!! (and if not, I hope this post guilt trips you into working harder ;D)
